Experience

After 30 years of professional experience in an international insurance group, I was able to understand how the business works in different markets, companies and deal with Corporate Culture. My professional progress was very fast, especially at the beginning of my career. I could always deliver results, but the development of my inner world was stagnant. Something internal, that I couldn't really understand at that moment, needed to be expressed and developed. Defining plans, defending them, building teams and achieving results no longer made sense without a connection with what my inner life was looking for. A deep inner research and contact with contents of my psyche, which I was not using intensively during the first 30 years of my professional experience, allowed me to discover my true calling. My vocation needs to be expressed through contact with human beings and the soul, supporting people in their professional and personal “journey”, so from 2017 I decided to dedicate myself fully to the study of psychology and work with Psychoanalysis.
