Services include, but are not limited to, educational, cultural, tourist, and recreational experiences, organized and monitored by Centro Unitas.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ol start=\"2\">\r\n<li><b> Centro Unitas Obligations<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro Unitas is committed to:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organize and coordinate all activities according to the previously agreed itinerary.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that all experiments are carried out according to the established schedule.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide detailed information about each activity, including times, locations and specific requirements.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"3\">\r\n<li><b> Participant Responsibilities<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants in services offered by Centro Unitas must:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respect the times and locations established in the schedule.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the guidelines of the Centro Unitas organizers and monitors during all activities.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inform in advance of any special needs or restrictions that may affect participation in activities.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"4\">\r\n<li><b> Cancellation<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>4.1 Cancellation by Centro Unitas:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro Unitas reserves the right to cancel any activity in cases of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, security problems, among others. In this case, Centro Unitas undertakes to inform participants as far in advance as possible and to offer viable alternatives or refunds as appropriate.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro Unitas may also cancel the participation of any individual who does not respect the terms of use, rules of conduct, or who compromises the safety and well-being of other participants.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>4.2 Cancellation by the Participant:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The participant may cancel their participation in any activity, as long as they inform Centro Unitas at least 48 hours in advance. In cases of cancellation outside this period, the participant may not be entitled to a refund, unless the cancellation is due to duly proven reasons of force majeure.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of non-attendance without prior notice (no-show), there will be no refund of the amount paid.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol start=\"5\">\r\n<li><b> Modifications to the Terms of Use<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro Unitas reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, with prior notice to participants.
